I moved to Madison in June and am already a regular at this place. I always get the spicy beef noodles and they are FANTASTIC. The food is authentic and reminds me of the food back in Taiwan. Their beef is so tender and flavorful.

Casual/quick dining that has quality hand pulled noodles! I ordered the scallion pancakes, braised spare rib + roast duck hand pulled noodles. The food comes out quickly and the noodle soups were a perfect comfort food for the cold weather.

Wow. The spicy beef noodles are legit. There's a noodle pulling wizard literally pulling noodles to order. My noodles were chewy, springy, and incredible on their own. The soup was rich and spicy with mala numbing on my lips from real peppercorns.

Thank you for being COVID safe! I arrived and my order was already waiting on the table for me. My family and I got the hand pulled noodles (braised beef/chicken/duck), sweet buns, and chicken and chive dumplings. The broth was tasty and flavorful.
